Chartreuse Pairing Dinner at Sepia | February 5, 2025

Experience a rare and exclusive evening at Sepia dedicated to the iconic spirit, Chartreuse. Join Head Bartender Keith Meicher for a four-course dinner expertly crafted by Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle, with each dish paired with Chartreuse-based cocktails or straight pours.

This unique event will feature an exceptional selection of Chartreuse, including Green, Yellow, VEP varieties, and more. Additional spirits with ties to Chartreuse will also make an appearance.

Enhance the evening with optional wine pairings, expertly curated by Wine Director Jake Bennie to perfectly complement each course and elevate the experience.

VIETNAM WITH CHEF ANDREW ZIMMERMAN | 2024

Guests were able to accompany Chef Andrew Zimmerman on an 11-day discovery of one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. They were able to experience a fully immersive trip through Vietnam, curated by Modern Adventure in November, 2024.
